1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Simbotix services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Simbotix provides:
- Custom Frappe/ERPNext development services
- Managed hosting services
- Technical consulting and support
- Business system products (SystemZ, AppZ, BotZ)
3. Payment Terms
Fiat Payments: Processed via Razorpay. Standard processing fees apply.
Bitcoin Payments: Processed via BTCPay Server with Lightning Network support. 40% discount applied to Bitcoin payments.
Founding Member Pricing: Locked rates are guaranteed for the lifetime of continuous subscription.
4. Service Level Agreement
Hosting services include uptime guarantees as specified in your plan:
- Tiny/Starter: 99% uptime
- Growth/Business: 99.5% uptime
- Scale/Enterprise: 99.9-99.95% uptime
5. Intellectual Property
Custom code developed for your project belongs to you. Our proprietary systems and products remain the property of Simbotix. All services are built on open-source foundations (Frappe Framework) which maintain their original licenses.
6. Limitation of Liability
Simbotix liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will receive a full export of your data. Founding Member pricing is lost upon termination and cannot be reinstated.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
