Overview
At Simbotix, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This policy outlines when and how refunds are provided across our ecosystem.
1. Founding Member Bundles
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Full refund available within 30 days of signup. No questions asked. Refund processed within 7 business days.
After 30 Days
No refunds for subscription payments. Cancel anytime; service continues until end of billing period. Annual payments receive pro-rated credit for unused months (not cash refund).
Price Lock Benefit
If you cancel and rejoin later, you lose your locked rate. Consider pausing instead of cancelling (contact us).
2. Custom Development Services
Before Work Begins
Full refund of any advance payment. Cancel within 48 hours of payment.
During Project
Refund for work not yet completed. Work already delivered is non-refundable. Milestone-based refund if applicable.
After Delivery
No refunds once work is delivered and accepted. Bug fixes covered under warranty (30 days). Disputes resolved through revision, not refund.
Retainer Packages
Cancel anytime with 15-day notice. Unused hours in current period are non-refundable. Future payments are not charged.
3. SystemZ Products (One-Time Purchases)
14-day refund window from date of purchase if product not yet deployed to production, there's a technical issue we cannot resolve, or significant features are missing versus description.
Non-refundable: Change of mind after deployment, product works as described but doesn't fit your needs, custom modifications requested and delivered.
4. AppZ Hosting
Monthly Plans
No refunds for partial months. Cancel anytime; service continues until end of billing period.
Annual Plans
30-day satisfaction guarantee for new signups. After 30 days: pro-rated credit for unused months (applied to account, not cash refund). Credit can be used for other Simbotix services.
Service Issues
Downtime exceeding SLA results in service credits calculated per SLA terms. Credits do not result in cash refunds.
5. BotZ Automation
Workflow Setup (One-Time): Refundable within 7 days if workflows not working as specified. Non-refundable once confirmed working.
Monthly Subscriptions: Same policy as AppZ Hosting. No refunds for partial months.
AI Agent Training: Non-refundable once training begins. Full refund if we cannot deliver promised capability.
6. Simbotix Studio (Courses)
Self-Paced Courses: 7-day refund window from purchase. Refund if less than 20% of content accessed. No refund after 20% completion or 7 days.
Live Cohort Programs: Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before start. 50% refund if cancelled 1-7 days before start. No refund once program begins.
7. OnBitcoinStandard Products
Digital Products: Same as SystemZ - 14-day refund window. No refund after delivery for digital downloads.
Physical Products: Return within 30 days in original condition. Shipping costs for returns are customer's responsibility. Refund processed within 7 days of receiving return.
How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Contact Us
Email [email protected] with your name, email, order/invoice number, service purchased, reason for request, and date of purchase.
Step 2: Review
We review within 2 business days for simple requests, 5 business days for complex situations.
Step 3: Resolution
If approved, refund processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days. Bitcoin refunds sent to the address you provide.

Bitcoin Refund Options
For Bitcoin payments, you may choose: (1) Same sat amount - exact sats you paid, or (2) Current USD equivalent - sats equal to original USD value at current rate.
Non-Refundable Items
- Setup fees for hosting (after setup completed)
- Domain registration fees
- Third-party license fees passed through
- Services already rendered
- Custom development work delivered and accepted
- Consulting hours already used
- Courses completed beyond 20%
- Subscription periods already started
- Services terminated for Terms of Service violation
Special Circumstances
Technical Failures: If our services fail to work as advertised and we cannot fix the issue - full refund regardless of time elapsed.
Service Discontinuation: Pro-rated refund for unused subscription period. 90-day notice before discontinuation. Assistance with migration.
Billing Errors: Immediate refund upon confirmation. No waiting period.
Disputes
If you disagree with our decision: reply with additional information, request escalation to founder review, and final decision within 10 business days.
Chargebacks: We prefer direct resolution. If you file a chargeback, we provide transaction evidence. Chargeback fees may apply if resolved in our favor. Your account may be suspended during dispute.
