The 5 Simbotix brands, and which one you actually need

One legal entity, one back office, five doors into the same ecosystem. Here's how to pick the right one.

Five Simbotix brand cards arranged as an umbrella — Simbotix (parent, custom development + Founding Members), SystemZ (vertical OS), AppZ (managed hosting + marketplace), BotZ (automation + AI), Studio (education) — connected to a single back-office foundation.

People sometimes ask why we have five brand sites instead of one big Simbotix-everything page.

The honest answer: because the customer who needs a pre-built Interior Design ERP that ships in three weeks is not the same customer as the one looking for a managed Kubernetes cluster with thirty open-source apps available — even though we serve both, on the same back office, with the same operating philosophy.

This is the map. Read the bolded line under each brand to find yourself.

Simbotix — the parent

simbotix.com

You’re here if: you want custom Frappe / ERPNext development, you’re considering the Founding Member program, or you want to understand the umbrella story before picking a child brand.

This is the corporate site. It carries the founding story (we’ve been at this since 2014), the Founding Member program (capped at 25 slots), and the entry point for anyone who isn’t sure which child brand fits their problem.

If you’re a service business looking for a complete custom system — CRM + inventory + project management + invoicing tied together with your specific workflows — Simbotix is your starting point. We scope the project, recommend a brand mix from the ecosystem, and run the implementation.

SystemZ — pre-built business operating systems

systemz.studio

You’re here if: you run a business in a specific vertical (interior design, rentals, clinics, agencies, more coming) and you want a complete operating system that already speaks your industry’s language.

SystemZ products are pre-configured for one vertical at a time. Generic ERP makes you adapt to it; SystemZ adapts to your industry. Implementation in 2-4 weeks instead of 6-12 months — because we’ve already built the doctype layout, the workflow definitions, the role permissions, the report templates, and the integrations specific to your kind of business.

Examples in flight: InteriorDesignOS for design studios. RentalOS for property managers. ClinicFlow for medical practices.

If you’re paying for 5 different SaaS tools to run your vertical business and they don’t talk to each other properly — SystemZ is the right door.

AppZ — managed hosting + open-source marketplace

appz.studio

You’re here if: you have a developer team (or are a developer yourself), you want to run open-source apps on infrastructure you own, and you want someone else to handle the operations layer — patches, backups, SSL, scaling.

AppZ is the infrastructure brand. We run a managed Kubernetes cluster on European bare-metal, with 30+ one-click open-source apps available from a marketplace: ERPNext, Frappe CRM, n8n, Activepieces, PostHog, Mautic, BTCPay Server, and more. Each tenant gets their own isolated environment.

If you’ve been thinking about leaving a hyperscaler cloud, or you’ve been running self-hosted apps on a bare VPS and the operational load is wearing you down — AppZ is the right door.

This is also where the AppZ → SystemZ pipeline lives: when a vertical SystemZ product is deployed for a customer, the underlying infrastructure runs on AppZ.

BotZ — workflow automation + AI agents

botz.studio

You’re here if: you want to automate the repetitive stuff in your business — connect WhatsApp to your CRM, route inbound leads to the right team, send invoice reminders, post content on a schedule — without subscribing to per-execution-priced workflow tools.

BotZ provides a visual workflow builder with 23+ node types, durable execution that survives crashes, and AI nodes built in. Five AI nodes (Chat, Classify, Extract, Summarize, Generate) for content and data tasks. Cost-first AI routing keeps spend predictable.

If you’re paying for Zapier or Make and the tasks-per-month meter is creeping past your tolerance, or if you want to dogfood the same automation engine your customers will use — BotZ is the right door.

Simbotix Studio — education and training

simbotix.studio

You’re here if: you want to learn the underlying stack — Frappe, Cozystack, Bitcoin payments — well enough to operate it yourself or hire team members who can.

Studio is the education brand. Full courses run on our learning management system at office.simbotix.com. Some content is free; deeper material is paid. The format is hands-on, not theoretical — short modules, working environments, certificate at the end.

Studio is launching in a later phase as we move into full-time delivery. For now, brand presence is minimal. If you’re explicitly looking for training and can’t find what you need yet, contact Simbotix-parent.

How they connect under the hood

These five brands are public surfaces. Underneath, there’s exactly one company:

The reason for separate brand sites is that the customers don’t share a vocabulary. An interior designer evaluating SystemZ doesn’t want to read about durable workflow execution. A developer evaluating AppZ doesn’t want to read about implementation timelines for ClinicFlow. The brands let each conversation start from where the customer actually is.

But the contract you sign — and the team that delivers — is the same Simbotix.

How to pick

Three quick filters:

  1. Industry-specific business problem? → SystemZ
  2. Infrastructure / hosting / dev-platform problem? → AppZ
  3. Automation / AI / connector problem? → BotZ

If none of those land cleanly, or you have a problem that crosses two or three of them, start at Simbotix-parent. We’ll scope what you actually need and route it to the right combination of child brands during the engagement.
